2018 Olympic Israel Skeleton Athlete
‘He who says he can and he who says he can’t are both usually right’–Confucius
I wish to inspire other young athletes from my country and community to pursue their athletic endeavors.
It is an honor to represent Israel in skeleton. I join the other 3 Israeli National Athletes in representing Israel in this exciting sport.
I fell in love with sport when I first started playing hockey at age 3. Wanting to play the entire 60 minutes I chose the goalie position. Through high school I represented my hometown teams at age groups above my own.
Identified as a premier talent in middle school I was offered spots at top prep-schools in Massachusetts but opted to remain at my Orthodox Jewish day-school and not to pursue hockey past high-school. However, I decided to continue to play while at University for the MIT Engineers and following my senior season I transitioned to skeleton.
Join me in this journey!
